Botany Town Centre is a shopping development that includes a shopping mall, an internal food court, bulk retail, streetscaped public spaces and car parking.
Botany Town Centre was built between 1999 and 2001 on a green field site situated between Te Irirangi Drive and Chapel Road in Botany Downs, East Auckland.
The concept behind this development was to introduce multiple facilities into an area primarily made up of housing, industry and bulk retail. The “Town Centre” added a much needed heart to the area.
